the worst ever service providers. I hv got an ifb washing machine n it has got sm problem. I called the dealer who gave me the service providers number, now even after six months my complaints,calls are nt being entertained. I hv lost all hope as the service centre is always assuring me of a new date. I hv stopped calling them. But i seriously suggest everybody to please think hundred times before you buy an ifb appliance.

hi, I have purchased a Haier LCD TV last year on April 30, 2011 and in month of April 2012 this is the second time I am facing the issue with the LCD TV. I registerd first complaint and got resolved. on April 7, 2012 I registered another complaint for the same reason and they committed that they will resolve my problem within 24 working hours but till date on April 12, 2012 none of their executives have visited me. Have Procured Videocon Television and which is not working due to remote failure and non working of the sensors. Have launched complaint with Videocon twice for the same thing. Once the engineer visited who did not possessed adequate knowledge and was very rude. We the complaint was launched again, there was no response. This is the most pathetic organisation in terms of service and the quality of engineers hired. I am extremely disappointed with the organisation.

Sir, I have purchased a AIO Hp printer F4488 from CROMA SOUTH EXTENSION PT-2,Delhi on 11 Mar’12 in discounted rate as it was the last piece(with warranty one! as told by them) with out carton,user manual,soft ware CD. i have been provided connector cables and adoptor and the gave me down loaded software on my pendrive for installation.
